Information we collect
We collect details you submit in a booking request or enquiry, such as your name, contact details, travel dates, party size and message. We minimise collection to what is needed to respond and administer the requested service.
Why it is used
Booking and enquiry information is processed to take steps you request before a stay, administer a confirmed stay, meet applicable legal obligations and protect the service. Optional analytics, marketing and saved assistant history require separate choices and are off by default.
Privacy choices
Necessary browser storage supports security and remembers your choices. You can reject optional purposes, choose them individually, or withdraw them at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. The assistant currently keeps messages only in the open browser session.
Sharing and retention
Information will only be shared with service providers needed to operate the property and website, subject to appropriate safeguards. Production retention periods, provider details, international transfer safeguards and deletion schedules must be finalised before launch.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. The data-controller identity, privacy contact and request procedure must be published before launch.
This implementation supports privacy choices but is not a substitute for legal review of the final operation.
